`LICENSE.HWID` returns the hardware ID of the machine the server runs on.
Send this value to your HotKV account team when you request or renew a
license. The `hotkv --hwid` command line option prints the same value
without a running server. Your HotKV account team will tell you which
license type fits your deployment and whether it needs outbound network
