# REPLICATION.RESUME

`REPLICATION.RESUME` ends a [REPLICATION.PAUSE](https://docs.hotkv.com/commands/replication-pause/index.md).
A primary sends its replicas the writes queued during the pause, and a
replica goes back to applying its primary's stream. Resuming when nothing is
paused does nothing.

## Return value

Simple string `OK` in RESP2 and RESP3. Without a license that includes
`replication`: `NOLICENSE replication requires a HotKV license. Contact sales@hotkv.com`.
