DECR subtracts 1 from the number stored at key and returns the new value.
A missing key counts as 0, so the first DECR creates it with -1. The
value must be the decimal text of a signed 64-bit integer, and the key keeps
its time to live.
Return value
Section titled “Return value”| Case | RESP2 | RESP3 |

Errors:
ERR value is not an integer or out of rangewhen the stored value is not an integer.ERR increment or decrement would overflowwhen the result does not fit in a signed 64-bit integer.WRONGTYPEwhen the key holds a value that is not a string.
