HIMPORT is a container for the commands that load many hashes of one shape,
like the rows of a table, while sending less. A connection first stores a list
of field names under a name of your choice with HIMPORT PREPARE. Each
HIMPORT SET key name value ... then creates one hash from the values alone,
matched to the stored names in order. A load of a million hashes with ten fields
sends the ten names once instead of a million times.

| HIMPORT DISCARD | Forget one prepared list. |
