REPLICATION.RESUME ends a REPLICATION.PAUSE. A primary sends its replicas the writes queued during the pause, and a replica goes back to applying its primary’s stream. Resuming when nothing is paused does nothing.

Simple string OK in RESP2 and RESP3. Without a license that includes replication: NOLICENSE replication requires a HotKV license. Contact sales@hotkv.com.
