The semantic cache returns a cached LLM response when a new query embedding is similar enough to one you stored, so paraphrased requests can hit. Your application computes the embeddings. SCACHE.FLUSH removes all entries and resets the namespace’s
hit and miss counters. Its dimensions, metric and threshold stay as they were. To remove
the namespace itself, use SCACHE.DROP.
